PastedNip LLC. (“PastedNip”, “we” or “us”), the operator of the www.pastednip.com site (the “Site”), is committed to preserving the privacy of those who visit and interact with the Site. This Privacy Policy outlines how we gather and utilize various sources of personal information obtained during your visit to and use of the Site. This Privacy Policy communicates how, when, and why we gather personal information about our customers and what we do with it. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites to which we link.

Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.

Job Applications. We may post job openings and opportunities on our Site or Social Media Platforms. If you reply to one of these postings by submitting your application, CV and/or cover letter to us, we will collect and use your personal information to assess your qualifications.

We may collect personal information automatically when you use our Site:

Automatic Data Collection. We may collect certain personal information automatically when you use our Site, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, Internet Service Provider (ISP), user settings, MAC address, pages viewed, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other details about your browser and device including unique identifiers, duration and frequency of visits, and location information (including approximate location derived from IP address).

We may collect this information from your activity on the Site, including information about time spent on particular pages, sections of the Site you visit, and other usage data, or from cookies (as described in more detail below).

We may also track your past purchases to provide you with a personalized profile of your shopping history.

Cookies, Pixel Tags/Web Beacons, and Other Technologies. Our Site may pass "cookies" (a string of information that is sent by a web site to be resident on your system's hard drive, and/or temporarily in your computer's memory blocks). Notice regarding Social Media Platforms. Our Site may include publicly accessible blogs, forums, social media pages, and private messaging features. By using such services, you assume the risk that the personal information provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties for any number of purposes. In addition, social media buttons such as Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram (that might include widgets such as the “share this” button or other interactive mini-programs) may be on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features apart from your visit to our site are governed by the Privacy Policy of the company providing it.
Referrals. We may obtain personal information about you such as your name, email address, and certain other personal information about you when someone refers you to take advantage of the Pink Tax Rebate Program.

For example, if you access our Site through a third-party application, such as an app store, a third-party login service , or a social networking site, we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made available via your privacy settings.

De-identified and Aggregate Information In an ongoing effort to better understand our users, our Site, and our products, we might use personal information and other information about you to create de-identified and/or aggregated information, such as de-identified demographic information, de-identified location information, information about the device from which you access our Site, or other analyses we create in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Site and our products and services. This aggregate information does not identify any individual. We may share this aggregate information with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our products and services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Referrals. If you elect to use our referral services for informing a friend about our Site, we will ask you for the friend's name and email address. PastedNip will automatically send the friend an initial email inviting them to visit or transact with the Site. PastedNip may send additional "reminders" to your friend to remind them to sign up (if you select that option). PastedNip and/or our third-party partners store this information for the sole purpose of sending these referral emails and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact PastedNip to request the removal of this information from our database and to stop receiving reminders.

How We Disclose Your Personal Information

We disclose your information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Site, to protect us or others, or in the event of a major business transaction such as a merger, sale, or asset transfer, as described below.

A. Disclosure to Provide our Site and Services The categories of third parties with whom we may share your personal information are described below.

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences. If you have an account, you may access and update your registration information, and personal information and preferences to receive email or other communications from us by contacting us as set forth below.
Email and Other Communications. If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding the Site, products or updates to our terms or this Privacy Policy). We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail, do-not-phone and do-not-contact lists as required by applicable law.
Do Not Track. “Do Not Track (DNT)” is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. PastedNip does not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising. You may stop or restrict the placement of Technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. However, if you adjust your preferences, our Site may not work properly. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications.

Advertisements on third party websites that contain the AdChoices link may have been directed to you based on information collected by advertising partners over time and across websites. These advertisements provide a mechanism to opt out of the advertising partners’ use of this information for interest-based advertising purposes.

Access Personal Information about you consistent with legal requirements. In addition, you may have the right in some cases to receive electronic copy of personal information that you have provided to us, or ask us to send that information to another company (the “right of data portability”);

Request Deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law;
Request Restriction of or Object to Processing of your personal information, including the right to opt in or opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties, if applicable, where such requests are permitted by law;
Obtain Categories of Personal Information we have either disclosed or sold about consumers in California for a business purpose;
Withdraw your Consent to our processing of your personal information.

How We Protect Your Information

We are committed to protecting the personal information we receive from you. However, PastedNip will not be liable for disclosures of your information, including personal information, due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. We have undertaken commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to data retained in our servers, however, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, PastedNip cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to us or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk. Users must accept all risks associated with any data transmission, including the risk that their personal information may be intercepted in transit.

International Data Transfers

You agree that all personal information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. We have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected and require our third-party service providers and partners to have appropriate safeguards as well. Data Retention

We store the personal information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Site or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Site and Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

“Sales” of Personal Information under the CCPA: California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information by clicking the “Do Not Sell My Info” link on our Site. Under the CCPA, “sale” is defined broadly and includes the transfer of personal information by a business to a third party for valuable consideration (even if there is no exchange of money). When we disclose or “sell” your personal information to a third party for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. The categories of personal information we have “sold” and the categories of third parties we have “sold” personal information to in the preceding twelve months are listed above. PastedNip’s business and commercial purposes for “selling” personal information can be found in Section “How We Use Your Information” above. PastedNip does not have actual knowledge of any “sale” of personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

Additional Privacy Rights for California Residents

Non-Discrimination. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of their rights conferred by the CCPA.
Authorized Agent. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. To designate an authorized agent, please contact us as set forth below.
Verification. To protect your privacy, we will take the following steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. When you make a request, we will ask you to provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include your name, address and email address. If you are a California resident and would like to exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, please contact us as set forth below. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws.

California Shine the Light. The California “Shine the Light” law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those parties.

Supplemental Notice for Nevada Residents

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that personal information. You can exercise this right by contacting us at info@pastednip.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

Children's Privacy and Parental Controls

This Site is not intended for persons under the age of 16 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are not 16 or older, you are not authorized to use the Site. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to review information collected from your child, or have that information modified or deleted, you may contact us as set forth below. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete any personal information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child’s account.

Links to Third Party Sites. Our Site may contain links to other web sites. Other web sites may also reference or link to our Site. These "other" domains (web sites) are not controlled by PastedNip. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site to read the privacy policies of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. Supervisory Authority. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law
Privacy Policy Changes. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we may disclose it to anyone.
